In my industry, a personal trainer is practically a must. Having worked with several throughout my career I can honestly say that I've never felt or seen results the way I have with Javier. This was achieved through a weight lifting regime of three times a week, as well as some changes to my diet. Although I had already eaten a healthy diet prior to the personal training, Javier made some further adjustments, which, although not major changes, managed to provide me with more energy, and support my weight training as well.
