An initial one-hour consultation is the time when you and I (your trainer) get to interact and exchange ideas to determine the best plan to follow to get you into the best shape of your life.
You will complete a medical questionnaire and a physical assessment will be performed. This will give us a realistic picture of your current level of fitness and basic health condition and will allow us to identify your strengths as well as your weaknesses.
After this procedure is completed, a specific program that meets your needs will be designed. The physical assessment is comprised of two distinct stages:

Upper body

Body measurements
