I am an Independent Personal Trainer with over ten years of experience and a former body building champion. I have worked with men and women of all ages, body types, and fitness levels. I specialize in creating workouts targeted to my clients individual needs. Today as a Professional Certified Personal Trainer, I use the skills I learned in my competition days to train my clients. I keep the same body symmetry, condition and body fat everyday and every year.
