Think you don’t have time to exercise?
Think again!
You know you have to exercise, right? You know it is scientifically proven that regular exercise prevents disease. (Cancer, hypertension, heart disease etc.) You know when you exercise regularly you have more energy and therefore; accomplishing daily tasks becomes easier. You know exercise makes you feel good not just physically but mentally. It gives you a sense of accomplishment. "Regular exercise maintains the shape of your body and makes it more appealing to the opposite sex". You know all these facts then...
What is preventing you from making exercise a priority?
I know that making exercise part of your daily routine has always been in the back of your mind but, somehow you just can't find the time to go to the gym. Let's face it, in today’s fast paced world; it is difficult to be an accomplished person without working hard. Working hard means one thing: putting in extra hours. It appears that in fact if you want to live and create a life of abundance, you have to work harder and longer than someone who wants just to get by, making just enough to pay the bills. No wonder why even though exercising is something you would like to fit into your schedule, you find it hard and almost impossible to find the time to do so.
Can't find the time to exercise?
Is it waiting for a window of opportunity to exercise what has kept you from being physically active? You know what? You don't have to wait for that opportunity to come. You have to make it up! That is right; it is not going to happen on its own! You are never going to have available time to exercise; you have to come up with that time and make it available, you have to set it up. The more successful your financial goals grow, the less time you have for yourself and the more you have to work. This is what I see as a paradox. I think the more successful you are, the more you should be able to use time to do things not work related like exercising. But, it does not exactly work that way instead; as you become more successful, more responsibilities and correlated stress fills your agenda. Meanwhile, your body slowly but surely, deteriorates and becomes more affected by the side-effects of a lack of physical activity.
Making time for you is a matter of self-love. If you love yourself and care about your future health then you can easily make the time required to do just that; take care of yourself. The only thing you can count on it as you get older is your overall health. It is not the money you collected throughout the years; it is not your family, not even your kids. They will be as busy as you are right now trying to comply with what society will expect from them. I know you work hard because you picture a better financial future. You think of all the things you will be able to do later in life after achieving financial success. However, you need to picture as well, what will happen if your overall health is not in sync with your success. Picture yourself with a big stomach and the related health problems (high blood pressure, cholesterol, heart related problems etc). Can you see it? It is all around you. It is not hard to imagine it. I see people like that every day and they share one thing in common: Lack of physical activity and bad eating habits. In the end, it will be just you and your well-being that will remain and the rest will not matter without it.
You have to start right now, stop postponing. You have to make the time to exercise and you have to make that time right now! stop postponing otherwise you will never be able to comply with the minimum physical activity as required by the medical community. In addition, the odds of becoming ill with cancer, hypertension, and heart disease etc, will be much higher since exercise and good nutrition are the proven tools to fight back and reduce the likelihood of developing these diseases.
You have to make exercise a priority. When planning your next day, exercise has to be included as the starting or finishing point of your agenda.
What's the easiest way to meet your daily exercise requirement?
Without a doubt, the easiest way to put an exercise program together is by hiring a professional Personal Trainer. You won't have to spend time creating a safe and specific workout program. Once you have your appointment scheduled, the only thing you have to worry about is to make it to the appointment. Your Personal Trainer will take care of the rest. An hour later, you will be taking a refreshing shower, feeling re-energized and ready to continue with your daily working routine. Knowing that you had met your daily exercise requirement will makes you feel good since being physically more active is an idea that has always been in the back of your mind.
