Natural Fats Are Good
Did you know natural fats are good for you?
I am not particularly referring to the so called good fats but the naturally occurring saturated fats, specifically; the ones found in foods like eggs, beef, pork, fish, lamb etc.
These natural fats sources are good for you since they are naturally balanced and as long as you exercise and do not overeat; your body will metabolize and use these fats to create positive hormonal reactions.
Just reason for a moment, our body had being dealing and processing these fats for thousand years. We know this as a fact: hunting was one of the skills that brought human kind to what it is today. Obviously, we were not hunting for flax seeds.
Our body knows better about saturate fats than it does about any other fat sources.
